Please provide a description in the documentation of how to use the information in the LSA run output sensitivity file for the sensitivity analysis.

I provided info on how to analyze the LSA data in the output file description. I am creating a tutorials section for doing different kinds of analysis, where I'll add a tutorial for SA.
