Suggested contribution: Dockerfile #47

I have made a Dockerfile so that openmkm is more easily installed. This required some changes in the SConstruct file, but I think those should not be a problem as each user have to change those paths anyhow.

The comments on the top of the Dockerfile should be sufficient to run it without more specifications. Of course docker needs to be installed on the system for this feature.

I have been made aware of a dockerimage being available on dockerhub so this is then obsolete. This would anyhow require some updates.
