  1. Fixed a formatting error in the io.cpp files, missing comma while writing the rctr_state.csv file.
  2. Removed/cleaned unused files relating to hetero_ct.
  3. Removed/cleaned files related to YAML-CPP dependency forced with OpenMKM installtion as this is supplied with Cantera. Updated the CMAKE files in the src for the same.
  4. Removed/cleaned files related to using Windows Installation (CMAKE/CPACK) and other related Windows batch files.
  5. Removed/cleaned unused OpenMKM classes/solvers.
  6. Updated README.md text, description, links and added the OpenMKM logo.
