Pick stack with fast development cycle

At the end of the day, nothing matters except for how quickly one can copypaste scaffolding code and get to code business logic. Since we don't need to maintain the code post contain, boilerplate doesn't seem to be a huge issue, so we can afford "dumber" lower-level framework.
