[Feature Request]: Add support for *.tftpl files - templatefile() files

Feature Request

Could support for files templated by the templatefile() function be added? If so also please add the .tftpl extension as this is the one recommended by HashiCorp

Expected Behavior

Should give auto-completion for if and for clauses and recognize variables defined in *.tf files. More stuff I'm probably missing. (sorry :sweat_smile: )
