[UI] Validation error not displayed for incorrect data entry #7

Description: Despite entering incorrect data into the input fields, the expected validation error message does not appear. This omission may lead users to believe that their input is accepted even when it does not meet the required criteria, potentially resulting in data submission errors or confusion.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the https://wmxrwq14uc.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/Prod/Account/Login
  2. Fill the credentials and scroll down after login
  3. Tap/click the Add Employee button and fill in more than 50 symbols in the First and Last name fields
  4. Pay attention that the validation error is absent during filling invalid data

Option 2:

  1. Login into account
  2. Scroll down to the Add Employee button and tap/click on it
  3. Fill in valid data (less than 50 symbols) the First and Last name fields (not fill in the Dependents field)
  4. Tap the Add button
  5. Pay attention that the user can`t create an Employee without filling in the Dependents field

Actual result: Validation error not displayed for incorrect data entry

Expected result: Upon entering incorrect data, a validation error message should be displayed, indicating the nature of the error and providing guidance on how to correct it

Additional info: Devices: Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro - Version: 10 iPhone 12 mini - Version: 17.4.1 iPhone 11 - Version: 16.3.1 Browsers: Google Chrome // 124.0.6367.61 Firefox // 124.0.2
