OK I'm in, just bought one :-).

Have been looking for days for an accelerated IoT device to do a little hands-on playing, people seemed to be complaining a lot that even XAML is slowish without acceleration.

Someone mentioned you on msdn forums :https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/264ad704-f651-4b40-adcf-b96f7f2bc25c/state-of-windows-iot-hardware-gpu-acceleration?forum=WindowsIoT

Thanks for the awesome work.

Just wanted to mention I think I solved a long-running freezing issue on the linx. For some reason it kept freezing from time to time, and after having seen a review on amazon mentioning power supply was weak, I built MS battery sample : https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/uwp/devices-sensors/get-battery-info So it seems the linx eats up 1400 mW with screen on, and the power supply delivers 1200 1300... So it ends up slowing depleting the battery and a freeze. I changed the power supply for another one I had, it delivers 4000 mW so shouldn't be encountering the issue any more.. Hopefully :-)
