Character skills set to 0 #117

Logged in after updating my world.exe for the #111 pr and found that my skills were all set to 0.

I tried loading from a backup, same thing.

I tried using an old world.exe and backup, was able to see my skills again.

Tried setting skills to match on latest Saves directory. When I logged into my character, my skills were all back to 0 even after being reset by admin.

I highly doubt this has to with the leather change, but I could be wrong.

I do also have directories from trying to add a solution to the .net project swimming around. I could try deleting those to see if they do anything?

Also, it might be my +skills items. Could try removing those before attempting to reset my skills?

I think this has to do with when I remade the world.exe file.

It appears that I didn't even need to in order for it to load the scripts, so I decided to go with the old world.exe file for now. I gotta figure this out eventually though.

I did update my .net version that is installed to .net 6, so I do not know if that is going to cause a problem.
