Ogre lords do not give leather #119

There are a number of larger humanoids that give leather that is specifically for this type of creature. I forgot exactly what, but I just cut an ogre lord corpse and didn't get any.

Need to research what the leather type is and add it to the cuttable loot table for this monster.

It's goliath leather that they're supposed to give.
