In order to have displayable titles per #71, we first need to save this information to the player.
I would like to do this in a sane way that does not require this code to be aware of or care about which specific regions exist.
I would also like to have an overland region count for sosaria and the one that starts with L. Maybe have titles for those as well, like Hero of Sosaria?
