Updated the project structure to new .NET standard
Added sln and csproj files
Removed AssemblyInfo.cs (which is the old style declaration if some info)
Added pre-commit hooks
Updated the MakeFile to output a fully usable executable with necessary folders in a zip
Applied formatting across the various files from pre-commit
Instituted an uncrustify project standard
Fixed issues associated with applying formatting that could not be automated
Added new badges to the readme
Removed Tools directory (which should not have been checked in in the first place)
Removed some more pre-aos attribs
I know that this is bad style. In hindsight, I would have liked to have done this bit by bit, but I got myself trapped in a corner once I started trying to add pre-commits and realized the structure of the project should change.
