Add holiday items to monster loot

When it's a given time of year, items related to that holiday should be added.

There should be some items that are very common that can appear on lower level loot tables and then very rare items that only appear on the highest difficulty monsters.

For Halloween, I am thinking:

• Common:
  • Candy
  • Small pumpkins
• Medium:
  • Large pumpkins
  • Skull candles
  • Spider webs
  • blood puddles
• Rare loot:
  • Necromancer barrels

Would be nice to also have holiday "coins" where there are vendors in town that will accept some of the common items and then one can buy the rarer ones if they want.

Another way would be to have, in addition to the kill counter in #125, holiday-based ones for how many things people kill during the holidays?

This could be a part of holiday-themed mobs that also appear randomly throughout the world?
