1 year ago I think this is something I'll just steal from base RunUO. They've already done the work and there's no point not using what everyone else is if it's not too terrible.
This may be a great opportunity to figure out when the creator got his version of RunUO. Could figure out what else is divergent from newer projects.
I was making tinker's tools and noticed that it is only giving me the success chance, but not the chance that I will create an exceptional quality item. I would like this added because it can play into whether one object is more lucrative to make versus another if the quality increases the sell price.
