When you're starting out and you need to rely on getting things identified because you fail too many times trying to do it yourself, 200 gold is a LOT of money, especially because almost every time the item that you are getting identified is going to be worth 30 gp OR LESS.
I propose the value should be 50 gp. It's still a lot, but you're not losing out on 150 gp+ almost every time.
