Add ability to craft throwing gloves if not present

I can't tell what they are made out of, so I can't be sure whether they should be tailoring or blacksmithy.

Based on the blacksmithy book of items that you can have made, it sounds like they are not blacksmithy.

After this is done, then they also need to be added so the list of items the vendor will buy as part of #3

They are craftable in the tailoring menus along with pugilist gloves.

That means that tailors need to buy them!
