The Mail Scanner is a new tool authorized by the Intergalactic Mail Service; This tool allows mail carriers to certify the handling of the mail, granting the corresponding station a small sum of cargo points upon delivery. It also makes a noise that gives your brain funny happy chemicals, because you did good.
The points range from 10 to 20
