I still don't like it as one can still place the beaker into multiple machines at once. But at least, we don't have ghost beakers flying around any longer after someone ejected a robot beaker.
If someone has a better idea, feel free to suggest.

fix: robot beakers return back into the robot upon eject
balance: robot beakers can only be placed into machines. Use a gripper and a normal beaker for other tasks.
