"Top genres" tags list on search page should be filtered based on entry type #115

Certain tags are more commonly used for example for songs than events. Therefore, different "top genres" tags list should be shown for songs and events (and also artists, albums). Perhaps for other entry types besides songs it could be just "top tags". For songs we can keep "top genres".
