Since the API requires billing, better add a configuration option for the new API key (it can be separate from the YouTube API key). We may want to consider applying for Google Nonprofits program, to get it for free, if possible (not sure if applicable).

Please look into Bing maps API as well. It seems they still have free offering, if usage is small.

The API key should be optional. If it's not entered, then user should input the coordinates by hand. I will probably not enable the geocoding for TouhouDB/UtaiteDB, at least initially.
