Responsive embedded player / OEmbed #96

Would be useful for VocaVerse.

The main problem is that the current embeddable player contains nested iframes. First the VocaDB player is embedded, and inside that another embed. The reason for this is server-side switching of PVs. This should probably be replaced with JavaScript implementation.
