Tag entry does not display "Top songs" section #1773

Describe the bug

It seems that on too overloaded tags, the tag entry page will not display the "Top songs" section. An example is the tag "rock": https://vocadb.net/T/481 . Additionally, the small list for the search shortcuts does not display the songs as well (see screenshots).

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://vocadb.net/T/481'
  2. See no songs being displayed

Expected behavior

The "Top songs" and the "All songs" sections should appear.
