Follow entry for changes #761

Allow users to follow entries (songs/albums etc) to get notified if someone edits the entry.

"Notify on changes" -button next or behind the "View modifications", to get a notification if someone edits the entry in the future.

Some example use cases:

1) Following an album entry to see if new shop links get added 2) Following an artist entry to get notified when the artist info gets updated 3) Following a song entry to get notified if new PVs are added (or removed) 4) Following an entry you edited and you are curious if someone has something more to add to the entry

It would also be handy for verified artists and moderators.

Could also be extended to tags and songlists and all others that have versions history.

As an implementation detail, better to make it skip subsequent edits in short amount of time, to avoid sending too many notifications, since sometimes users edit the same entry many times in a row.

It would be possible to customize the notifications based on edited fields, but since it's quite a lot of additional work, no need at first.

If it helps with design: MediaWiki has a "watchlist". It is separate from notifications.
