Cherry pick audio functionality, particularly for Forvo #87

in the case multiple recordings are available on forvo, allow the user to choose.

Interesting idea, and I suggest that the choices could be extended to include other services (regardless of whether any forvo recording is available). Perhaps it could be implemented similar to "Language Tools: Choose Translation."

In my case studying southern Vietnamese, I'd want a choice of Azure and the "miền Nam" FptAi voices -- and maybe Forvo. I usually use the FptAi LinhSan voice, but for some words I would prefer a different voice that better matches the pronunciation that I have been taught. I have spent a lot of time trying to find an electronic voice that pronounces everything the same way my southern Vietnamese teachers have taught me, and I failed to find such a voice, but this tool could make it a lot easier to compare several pronunciations of any particular word or phrase.

I don't know if Forvo includes any southern Vietnamese speakers. It seems that Chinese and English include a choice of locales corresponding to how the language is spoken in different locations, but for some reason there's no locale option for the various dialects of Vietnamese.
