I have a feature suggestion for your backlog - support a primary and secondary audio source, for example forvo as primary, azure as secondary. Generally forvo are better, because it is a human recording, but occasionally there isn't a forvo recording, or the forvo recording is terrible quality, in which case azure tts would be better. How it would work would be your primary audio source would grab the audio by default, but if it is missing ir poor quality, your click 'use secondary audio source'. That or some kind of similar support for this when creating cards would be fantastic. No idea how hard or easy it is, and aware you no doubt already have a backlog, so just a suggestion.
