Add option to "Download selected" episodes #284

I've never been inclined to "Download all episodes" of any podcast all at once, and I rarely download one episode at a time. Would it be possible to offer an opiton to "Download selected episodes?"

Right now I can add selected to the queue, but I don't believe the ability exists to download them, so I don't think this ticket is fully addressed (unless I'm missing something).

For what it's worth, given that I am often on planes or otherwise in places where there is no network access, I definitely prefer to have a certain number of episodes in a feed downloaded by default. iTunes has podcast settings that I have always found sufficient and helpful:

Additionally, the feed interface in iTunes has an easy way of manually downloading selected podcasts from feeds with a single click.
