Icon Redesign #416

I think that the current icon doesn't really reflect the use of the app properly, furthermore, the current icon isn't really good from a technical viewpoint. The microphone is too small relative to the icon as a whole that it's hard to distinguish (even on my QHD monitor). Also, I think the base shape should be get rid of.

I think there are better metaphors to use for podcast. I think we can use the soundwave but then replace the microphone with a person. Like this, maybe? https://www.flaticon.com/free-icon/podcast_1372811#term=podcast&page=1&position=18

I've always liked the "microphone" metaphor just because it emphasizes the human voice, which Vocal celebrates as a podcast app.

That said, I'm certainly open to other recommendations. I do like the general idea of the icon @Fatih20 linked to above.

Really, the main thing I'm looking for in a new icon is consistency with other GNOME apps. I would still like the new icon to feel like a reasonable evolution of the icon/branding we've used for nearly a decade now. I'm still interested in having a new icon ready for the 4.0 release, if anyone would like to contribute one before then (please feel free to open a PR if so). Thanks!
