What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install on windows xp home edition
2.use current .exe
3.restart and open download.exe
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected it to work as it did the first time, however there is no icon or
start /stop mechanism that i can see.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.1 current , windows xp home edition with all current secrity upadtes and
patches

i get this message after i try to install it, i can find it to delete it or an
icon to click to start it.
the error i get at install is this :
the specified module could not be found load libray (pythondll) failed
any help would be much apprecieted , it an amazing program when it worked.
