Enable CONFIG_ETHERNET #1

This commit enables CONFIG_ETHERNET. The reason for this is that although USB ethernet adapters are supported, ethernet itself isn't. This is stupid. Also, which system supports USB WiFi adapters, but not USB ethernet adapters?
