About The Pull Request

Ports the Heron with the following changes:

Marauder replaced with a Gygax - may nerf weapons more

Due to Code Reasons we don't have subshuttles, so instead a fake, broken BSA

The pilot job has also been removed, and replaced with an abandoned Gunner's Quarters.

Also made sure cargo works

Loss Prevention hardsuits are regular ERT again also the Captain gets the 'classic' CentCom armour from goonstation

(no faction icon is because while i was testing the SM i forgor mesons and got fake wabbajacked)

Why It's Good For The Game

bigger boat, phalanx is kinda jank in some ways
