Propagator is defaulting the gender of all creatures to male, preventing the Propagator from functioning if Mutation Modifiers are disabled

Reproduction steps:

1. Put Cryopods in the Progatator.
2. Observe they are all Male - forcing you to pay to change their gender to female even if they already are female.

Because of the bug where Propagators are allowing players to increase the Wild Level of creatures (reported elsewhere), I've found it necessary to use PropagatorDisableDinoMods=true to prevent abuse. However, this setting currently disables Propagators entirely because all creatures default to male.

same issue and there is no way to change the cost of gender change so we either have to turn off the cost all together or make people pay for every dino they want to breed

I've found if you use the official cryo pods it no longer defaults to male, it's a pain because the modded pods are so much better, but that's the only work around i've found
