QOL+ Multi-Tool issue on PvE #186

Hello there, There is a bug where you can start the breeding with the multi-tool (Mating dino mod), even with dinos which are not from your tribe, it might sound good for pvp, but not that much for pve. I'm not sure this is intended. Thanks you for your amazing work.

Hello! This issue has been brought to my attention already (a long time ago). I think it was already the case in S+, but if multiple people prefer to have it tribe-lock, then I might fight that in the future. Thanks for your feedbacks! Hopefully I will get my computer back in a functionnal state so that the mod can evolve some more.
