Editing tools showing up on successful transfer during single player

I was playing on a Single Player Island save when I noticed that every time I used the QoL+ Item Transfer Tool, if the transfer succeeded, some sort of editing menu showed up. It could not be interacted with, and disappeared when leaving the Transfer Tool menu, but it is very distracting, anbd makes it hard to select, if not make entirely unusable, the item filter portion of the tools UI.

To replicate:

1. Open a single player instance on The Island 1.5. While I doubt location matters, I was located on Herbivore Island when doing these transfers.
2. Obtain the QoL+ Item Transfer Tool
3. Make any transfer with at least one item (in my case, I was transferring all berries; except narcos, stims, and mejos; from my Parasaur to a QoL+ Feeding trough and have it succeed.
4. Where the item search and selection filter is, a squished editing tool menu should now be visible (see attached image for reference)

EDIT: After further testing, I was able to get a successful transfer to work without this showing up. It was metal from all structures and dinos into a refining forge. It may be the case that this issue only appears if a scrollbar is required for items in the filter UI? Because when transferring berries or berry seeds after this metal transfer, the editing tools came back

While playing again, I noticed some mo0re odd behavior.

I did a transfer of 3 berries into a preserving bin. This still brought up the editing tools like before, but this time they were faded, harder to see, more transparent. Doing a transfer of more berries seemed to increase the opacity, making the image more solid to see, more opaque.
