The air conditioner is not placing in the windows like it says it can. Do I have to put one on the bottom. To make it work the description says it's -slient, -can be placed in windows, -more powerful, bigger range & thinner model, -can snap to it itself. I have stone windows. Is there something I'm supposed to do. Please get back to me. Thank you
