Update snap points / clipping for metal boxes. #31

One of the new features of ASA is the fact that when placing items like boxes in a building they won't clip through walls and will glide along them which is specifically useful for making perfect alignment with walls. The metal boxes already snap to each other really well but it is very difficult to make them align with a wall in order to make straight rows.

Hopefully this is a simple feature request as this already exists in game and hopefully just needs to be enabled for these structures. It also stops them from being able to clip through the wall when enabled.

Also snap points for other items like air conditioner. It would also be cool to have the ability to put them in window walls again like ASE.

"Dirty Trick" note on placing "most anything" where snap-points are not available... if you can place a ladder, it forces you to face that specific direction and that will allow you to place your structure on the ground AND give you a bit of height advantage to work out wall clipping. It's not as good as a snap point, but it might just do the trick for now.
