Upgraded the code.

I have updated and fixed a few things, and below is a list of all the things I have fixed and updated:

• Updated the entire code from discord.js v12 to discord.js v14.
• Added a report system (for bots and servers).
• Fixed some lines in the server and bot view files (ejs) that caused errors with discord.js v14.
• Fixed the country flags in the language dropdown and admin panel.
• Switched all context commands to slash commands.
• Had to remove the "presenceUpdate" client events in the ./index.js file as it is no longer supported in discord.js v14.
• Added the edit button back to the profile.
• Fixed the scaling of bot and server cards on the profile.
• Fixed some badges that were not loading on the profile.
• Added all the HypeSquad badges back to the profile, along with the Nitro, Early Verified Developer, and Early Supporter - badges.
• Had to remove the current status of the user on the profile page as user status is no longer supported with the Discord API v10.
• fixed the partners page.
• switched the partners db to mongodb.

(I'm unsure if I wrote everything; there might be some more fixes I can't remember, but these are all the changes.)
