dots (...)behind some files / proposal for chat-cleaning #105

When I upload mp3, some files get dots (...) behind their file names and some don't. It's not because the name doesn't fit on screen, and it appears like this: faithless - insomnia.mp3

faithless - mass destruction.mp3... <-------

Would it in the future be possible for mods (maybe not my place to ask this, but whatever) clear the chat with content a user said?

In example; clear the full content that an user posted in a room or clear a few lines of text and then force a page refresh?

Here's an image demonstrating the file.mp3... bug: http://puu.sh/bLVA3/8b11d07765.png The file_tags are still there and you can click them, however you can't see them. Very annoying.
