Attempts to register a greekname should tell the user why it can't be registered~ #106

When newfriends try to register their randomly assigned greek name name, they almost always see that "You cannot register this name" message. However, they frequently do not understand why they cannot register this name, and often assume that registration is just a broken feature.

For this reason, you should make a change to the "You cannot register this name" message to say something along the lines of "This is a reserved username and cannot be registered. Please try a different name."
