[BUG] Room Names without a "name"

Currently, submitting a room name without any information returns an error. If you enter a single space, this will not return an error and will change the room name to " " (blank)

This is bad as it returns no information on room linking and report notifications. The room ID however is present via the reports page.

I have also witnessed several populated lowkey rooms using this to avoid detection.

@laino might be a good idea to rename the existing rooms that are STILL in operation today using this exploit
