since rules are so important and you like to say "x is banned now because i live in a shitty country, like arbitrarily changing things, and hate anon3000," and "lets link new users here from 4chan but dont tell them what's allowed and what isn't so they break the rules and get banned it'll be fun guys" you should do what the title says.
