Radio: Volume bar #80

Please consider adding a volume bar for radio.

While it is true that the volume mixer can control the volume for your browser, I often find myself doing multiple things in the browser that play sounds at various audio levels. The volume mixer can not meet my needs for these situations.

I think this a nice feature. An additional slider for seeking and changing the << >> to |< and >| would be a good thing too.
