Support for iPad #16

After some deeper research all changes needed to support iPad are just one fix 
about the Retina display mode (iPad doesn't support it).

The attached file is the diff for the fix.

The other fix is to change iOS project settings - from iPhone only to 
Universal. That should be fixed for the project template and for the samples. I 
leave these changes to Kota-san.
