Describe the bug

Vulcan Speed flagging after a while

Steps to reproduce

1. toggle speed with vulcan option
2. leave it on and move around a bit (if unable to reproduce, try to go back and fourth constantly until flagging for "Speed")

Tested on anticheat-test.com, however same effect may occur on a server with the default vulcan config.

Envy Version

1.1.3 (and 1.1.4, as no changes regarding vulcan speed on that version too)

Minecraft Version

1.19 (same result for 1.19.3)

There are plans to make a whole new Vulcan Speed to replace the old one as the old one is very slow
