Encoding error #3

I'm using directories with french accents I save the configuration

When i relaunch BestArcarde, encoding errors appear.

example

I set i:\téléchargements\FBA 0.2.96.74 After reloading, the data is I:\Téléchargements\FBA 0.2.96.74
