Add Switch for Language Packs #134

Hi,

Currently, there is a German language pack (GLP) in ExoDOS. Other languages will follow. It would be great to have the option to choose the language of the games.

Edit: Different language versions are in a subfolder named !LANGUAGE (e.g., !german).
