- add custom settings for mount command prefix
- add debug check to generate or not pause instructions and commented autoexec part
- add configuration options for dosbox.cfg wich are hardcoded for now (confconverter.process), some should be automatically setted when configuring conversion type, along with a warning if the user changes it to another value
