discovered that 18a82d4 would have been the proper (but still partial) fix than c598006.

So to sum it all up, commits that actually fix this issue: 18a82d4 - fixes bad JMP recursion initializing RawInput hook which causes the game to crash on startup. 3fc634d - fixes [no visible overlay].
