Command update for assigning / unlearning skills remotely
more suggestion providers
Overhaulled PAPI
many fixes, and tweaks to skills
removed debig print when an arrow sis launched
added WAY more verbosing
you can now make your own gui with anything you want with these commands and papi integration.
