Item Frames not culling #430

Hello,

I haven't tried the entire culling list to see if it's just item frames, but itemframes doesn't seem to get culled for me, but everything else like mobs, minecarts, are getting culled as normal.

The 2 culled was the minecarts I tested, but it just keeps saying 10 is being culled but not culling, not sure what's happening, and all my culling numbers are restricted to 30, with fresh config.

React does not cull item frames unless you have more then specified in the config

I would check the cullable list in the config. Just know that react may cull it if its in your rules too.

Just add ITEM_FRAME to the cullable list. If that doesnt fix it, ill figure out whats going on
