Describe the bug React FastDecayController will lag the Main thread on Java16

plugin will drop the same ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException with java 11.0.9 lts so it seems not caused by the java version

I have the same problem,I'm sure it was caused by FastDecayController. I thoungh it was the same problem:https://github.com/VolmitSoftware/React/issues/599
