Velocity bug #36

velocity is not maintained when going into a portal Watch what i mean https://gyazo.com/fa37bb0b419bc2b09c48e0efb7bd8ba1 you go in slow and it forces you out like the frozen water bits in a hose

Flight has no velocity, so i have to make it up when you fly through a portal. Needs tweaking, but it is not a bug.
